road2hope
Since the road2hope campaign has been launched and Ken Niven ridden in the Paris to Dakar race, other events have been held by friends and colleagues of Bruce and Annabel, to raise awareness and funds.

These events have included:

Football Match
A football match was held at Gravesend and Northfleet, and featured former players from Boreham Wood, Yeading and Gravesend and Northfleet who played against a team of former Tottenham Hotspur players. After the match, there was a dinner and auction of donations of sporting items, which included signed West Ham and Arsenal shirts and a cricket bat signed by the England team.

Marathon
In 2007, Eliot Caton ran the London Marathon for the road2hope campaign.

Triathlon
Luisa D'Apprano competed.

3 Peaks Challenge
Dougles Jones competed.
